Ocean County Medical Institute is located on the beautiful sandy shore of Toms River New Jersey, a retirement community, just minutes from all local major highways. Ocean County New Jersey contains the third highest percentage of retirees in the USA. Conveniently located at the Mule Road Professional Building we are only half a mile from the Community Medical Center. We are staffed with experienced clinical professionals and board certified physicians. Since 1997, when we began operations, we have enrolled over 500 patients in over 50 clinical research trials. We desire to work with pharmaceutical companies to determine the safety and efficacy of investigational medications for various conditions and illness. You will find that the Ocean County Medical Institute is well equipped for conducting Phase II – IV clinical trials. When not working for OCMI Dr. Ferencz is a partner in a six-man neurology practice that is one of the largest in New Jersey. He has worked on trials for acute stroke, Alzheimer’s, Depression, Anxiety, GAD, OCD and other CNS indications.
